Create a VOYOLink reseller account
Go to VOYOLink.com and click MY ACCOUNT, then click CREATE ACCOUNT
① Use dropdown to select RESELLER
② Create a username and password
③ Enter name, email, and phone number
④ Agree to Terms and click CREATE ACCOUNT
Getting started with VOYOHub
Logging into VOYOLink takes you straight to VOYOHub for Resellers
① Click LEARN ABOUT VOYOHub for program details
② Manage subscriptions in the DEVICE ADMIN PANEL
③ VOYOHub devices are listed under CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
④ Click CREATE ACCOUNT to create new customer account
Create customer VOYO accounts
① Label your customer as fleet or personal; enter name
② A temporary password provided to be changed by customer
③ Enter customer information
④ Click CREATE ACCOUNT; information is emailed to customer
Customers access data in VOYOLink, VOYOTRAK and the VOYO app
Customer now appears under CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Assign VOYO to customer
① Use ASSIGN USER drop-down to connect a device to a customer account
Customer connects VOYO to vehicle
Vehicle
data available to customer in VOYOTRAK and
VOYOLink
Customers connect vehicles to
shops in VOYOLink
Manage subscriptions
① Vehicle VIN, name and MAC device address
② Date device was last connected
③ Subscription renewal date
④ Subscription type: annual or monthly Flex Plan
⑤ Cellular subscriptions auto renew unless DO NOT RENEW is selected
