How the VOYOHub Sales Program Works

VOYOHub offers a commission-based sales program for independent representatives and shops (Representatives) who refer qualified shop and fleet opportunities to Voyomotive.

Representatives can submit leads through the VOYOHub portal. When a submitted lead becomes a qualified customer, commissions are paid based on the revenue generated during the applicable commission period.

FAQ

Connection Fees are paid by participating repair shops when a customer’s vehicle or fleet is connected to that shop through VOYOLink.

  • A shop referred through VOYOHub becomes an active VOYOLink service location and receives connected customers; or
  • A fleet referred through VOYOHub connects its vehicles to a participating VOYOLink shop; and
  • The connection uses a third-party telematics or maintenance platform, such as Geotab, Samsara, or Fleetio.

Connections using VOYO telematics hardware are free to shops and do not qualify for Connection Fee commissions. VOYO hardware and subscription sales are handled separately under their applicable commission terms.

A connection qualifies when:

A lead must be submitted through the VOYOHub portal and accepted by Voyomotive as a valid opportunity. To qualify for commission, the submitted lead must result in eligible customer revenue under the program terms.

A submitted shop lead must achieve its first qualifying transaction within 90 days of submission. If that happens, the lead becomes commission-eligible for the applicable commission period.

Commissions are paid based on eligible customer revenue generated during the commission period. Payment timing and reporting are handled by Voyomotive in accordance with the program terms and payout schedule.

They are similar, but they are tracked separately. Both can generate commission when they produce eligible revenue, but shop leads and fleet leads may differ in how they qualify and how the related customer relationship is evaluated.

Larger opportunities may be handled directly by Voyomotive. In those cases, Voyomotive may consolidate locations, manage the opportunity centrally, and determine compensation under separate terms when appropriate.

Yes. You may participate as a reseller, as an independent sales representative, or in both roles, subject to the applicable program terms.

If a connection results from separate referrals on the shop side and the fleet side, the commission is divided between the referring parties based on the applicable program rules.
