VOYO Hub FAQ

VOYO Hub enables shops to resell and manage VOYO devices for their customers. Shops can:

  • Create VOYO accounts for customers.
  • Assign devices to customers.
  • Provide customers with a free VOYOTRAK fleet management account.
  • Discounted Pricing: Order hardware and network subscriptions at significantly reduced prices compared to retail.
  • Revenue Opportunities: Resell devices and subscriptions to customers at a markup.
  • Device Connectivity Control: Decide which shops devices connect to within VOYOLink.
  • Value Added Services: Include VOYO telematics with VOYOTRAK as part of a bundled service plan for preferred customers
  • Shops are billed for devices and LTE subscriptions purchased under the VOYO Hub program. Billing cannot be transferred to a 3rd party.
  • Customers who purchase devices/subscriptions from Voyomotive will be billed directly.
  • Shops can earn commissions on sales made to their customers using the Voyomotive Affiliate or Referral programs.

VOYO Flex Plan is a monthly subscription service allowing vehicle owners to order a VOYO LTE device for $15 per month. Shops can acquire VOYO LTE devices for $10 per month as part of VOYO Hub.

  • Voyomotive charges shops $10 per device at the start of each monthly billing cycle
  • Payments are processed via the credit card provided at the initial order
  • Shops determine how and what to charge customers for assigned devices (Suggested retail price is $15/month)
  • Under VOYO Flex Plan, devices are effectively leased from Voyomotive
  • When a device is no longer used:
    • The shop returns the device to Voyomotive
    • Details on subscription termination and returns are available here.

VOYOTRAK is an intuitive, web-based platform that can be used for fleet management or personal vehicles and is free when paired with a VOYO LTE or BTLE device.

  • Location tracking for multiple vehicles
  • Trip history
  • Vehicle health and diagnostic alerts
  • Unsafe driver alerts

Shops can order VOYO devices at discounted rates from the VOYO Hub page in VOYOLink.
Options include:

  • Leasing VOYO LTE devices under the Flex Plan.
  • Purchasing VOYO LTE devices with an annual network subscription
  • Purchasing VOYO BTLE devices (no subscription required)

VOYO Hub devices post alerts to a shop’s SMS system in the same manner as devices purchased by vehicle owners.

A shop’s VOYO Hub information is available in VOYOLink at:

  • The ASSIGN DEVICES table on the VOYO HUB page
  • The ASSIGNED DEVICES table on the MY SHOPS page
  • Go to the VOYO HUB tab in VOYOLink
  • Create a VOYO account for the customer:
    • VOYOLink will email account details to the customer
    • To add devices to a customer’s existing VOYO account, please email Contact@voyomotive.com and include the account’s email address.
  • Assign Devices:
    • Select devices from the ASSIGN DEVICES table using the checkbox in the first column
    • Choose “Customer” in the ASSIGN USER column
    • Select “Shop” to link the device to your shop’s VOYOLink account

Customers can access their vehicle data through:

  • VOYOTRAK
  • VOYOLink
  • The VOYO mobile app

Shops using VOYO Hub devices control VOYOLink connections.

The Affiliate and commission-based programs for sales referrals remain available alongside the VOYO Hub offering.
